There was a little too much angst and situations that could be solved if people actually talked to one another, but once the storyline picked up excellent as usual. Surreal is just so whiney...and I don't think I would ever forgive her. That made it difficult.

The boyos are back! Glad to have the world continue. My favorite characters have some new challenges to tackle. Plenty of laughter and a few tears. Kids growing up, impending disasters to avert for the adults (living and dead) Hope it won't be another 10 years for the next installment!

As usual a great story. I hope this is not the end of the jewels stories. I could read on and on. Anne Bishop has the ability to keep the enjoyment of the stories going book after book. Please keep them coming, the interest never stops.
