This is by far the best book I have read on subjects like Pranayama. As Author himself was an enlightened master and a yogi his mastery on Pranayama can be clearly seen by reading this book. He explains with fundamental logic, the science behind this Yogic technique and to express it with different styles of pranayama is a masterpiece indeed. Some of the techniques are quite rare and are not find in books written by normal Authors.
