You pat your own back and shelter yourself in the shade of your own shadow. This is Ailyn's third poetry collection, poems written in isolation and self-reflection.

Jowe Ailyn is a fourth year Bachelor of Science in Accountancy student when making this book of poems. She is born on December 3, 2000 at Mandaue City, Cebu and was raised in Talisayan, Misamis Oriental. Ailyn was an awarded campus journalist in elementary and high school and remained in the campus journalism scene in college.
