The Sheik's Redemption

This is a lovely romance. Rachel is a creative colorful crafty fun lady who happens to meet and fall in love with a big hunk of "gorgeous" man. She is however unaware that he is a very powerful Sheik. Astir del Taran, Sheik of Silar is incognito in his new house in Virginia. It will make a great USA home base for his dealings while in Washington DC, however, his decorator created a cold uncomfortable atmosphere in his home, and to top it off he thinks she may actually have moved in??? The scene where Astir first meets Rachel is very funny, in fact, there are lots of funny scenes in this story. Sweet little Rachel is a lifestyle blogger focusing on reclaiming, repurposing, and reimagining everything and anything. Her style is soft, comfortable, and very livable. Rachel has captured Astir’s attention and the heat between these two is building. I really loved both characters. This is a hot love story weaving around murder, deceit, and corruption but it has a very happy ending. I received a free advanced copy of this story. I am leaving my review because I review everything and I love Elizabeth Lennox's stories. Linda

This first book of the series had a really good character arc for for Astir. He is arrogant and jaded and I do like that Rachel stands up for herself. By the end of the book you are truly rooting for them to be together. Can’t wait for the next one

I like these more in depth stories that you are creating, you are not focusing on the sexual side of the relationship between the characters of the book but how they come together and feel about each other and giving the story the real reality of what goes on in daily life. thank you.
