Monday, December 20, 1897. Mr. Benedict Hannan, owner of Hannan’s Auction House in Fitzrovia, London, receives a mysterious letter inviting him to attend a private sale of antiquities belonging to the late Lord Percival Ardmillan. He finds himself in the thrall of a mysterious traveler, and forced to come to terms with his past and present desires, gets more than he bargained for!

Award-winning author Isobel Starling was born in Germany. After a twenty-year career as an artist in Ireland and Great Britain, she began writing. Isobel writes primarily thriller, mystery and fantasy in the gay romance genre, which have been translated into German, French and Italian.
