A graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas, with a BBA, Peggy Moreland worked on her master's degree in writing at the University of Central Oklahoma. Before penning her first romance, she co-wrote the story of the Edmond, Oklahoma, Post Office massacre for Norman Vincent Peale's Guideposts magazine.
