About this eBook

How can I know that the Bible is true? Is it really God's Word or is it the creation of men? Is it full of errors seeing as how it has been passed down for thousands of years? Are the translations reliable? Is there any way to come to a satisfying answer to any of this? I believe there is. In order to get to the truth about anything, it is important to investigate the evidence.

About the author

"If you ask me to give a speech on any other subject, I become very nervous, but put a Bible in my hand and all of that nervousness disappears."

Billy Prewitt sensed the Lord's calling on his life at an early age. He originally pursued a career in music playing the trumpet; however, after receiving numerous scholarships, awards, touring across the United States and England, performing for President George Bush, playing as a featured soloist with bands and symphony orchestra, and many other musical accomplishments, he had no satisfaction. It was at this point that his dad suggested that he enroll in Bible college for one semester. That one semester turned into years of Bible College which changed his life and helped him to discover his true calling.

Since that time, Brother Prewitt has been actively involved in ministry: preaching, teaching, door-to-door witnessing, counseling, outdoor crusades, and doing whatever else he can to see the Lord's work advance. In addition, he has authored many evangelistic tracts and written several books among which are: The Baptism in the Holy Spirit: A Pentecostal PerspectiveWhat if Calvin Was Wrong?, and The Inspiration of Scripture. He holds a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership, principal level certification in the State of Florida, a Master of Arts in Theology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sacred Music. He has served as a youth pastor, associate pastor, and senior pastor.

Billy Prewitt is married to Rebekah Prewitt, a Christian counselor and author.
