About this eBook

“In Britney Spears’s memoir, she’s stronger than ever.” —The New York Times

Over 2 million copies sold of the “moving” (Time), “powerful” (Los Angeles Times), “radiant” (The New York Times), “poignant” (Vogue) #1 New York Times bestseller. The Woman in Me is a brave and astonishingly moving story about freedom, fame, motherhood, survival, faith, and hope.

In June 2021, the whole world was listening as Britney Spears spoke in open court. The impact of sharing her voice—her truth—was undeniable, and it changed the course of her life and the lives of countless others. The Woman in Me reveals for the first time her incredible journey—and the strength at the core of one of the greatest performers in pop music history.

Written with remarkable candor and humor, Spears’s groundbreaking book illuminates the enduring power of music and love—and the importance of a woman telling her own story, on her own terms, at last.

This book was good. I feel so sorry for Britney. She has it all (on the outside), yet she has nothing (on the inside). She needs love and I don't think she still knows what the true meaning of love is. She hid all her emotions and just carried on. The strong girl in her was eventually going to come out. It will take years of healing for her. The Woman in Me was a great read!

Heartbreaking story. I have been a Britany fan for a long time like many girls, I have followed her since her rise to fame. I have watched all the documentaries so when this book was announced I pre-ordered it immediately. Hearing all the things she endured over the years and how she has been treated is heartbreaking. It is eye opening to see her accounts of what she went through and there were many things I hadn’t heard before that were surprising.
