About this ebook

The holy grail has been found.

In the right hands, its elixir can give life, heal, restore...

In the wrong hands, it grants he who sips from it incredible power.

Who stole the grail from the otherworld?

My client hired me to retrieve her son from a new cult that claims to wield the grail's power.

This is more about one young man looking for a spiritual experience.

The grail of their dark communion has great power...

But it comes at an unthinkable cost.

Grail of Power is the third book in the new Druid Detective Agency urban fantasy series. Elijah and Emilie already went through one adventure. Now, ten years after The Druid Legacy, they are facing a new challenge, one that will test their limits. The real threat isn't the otherworldly magic, the magic that once birthed life itself in Eden/Annwn. There was a reason why humanity was cast from the garden groves. When the magic of that place comes home, it won't take long to find out why. The real threat was here all along, hidden in human hearts, now made manifest by the power of creation itself.

Harry Potter meets Harry Dresden in Druid Detective Agency.

Wow! The DDA cases just get better, or worse, depending on how you look at it. Better for the reader, worse for Elijah and the crew. This isn't just about ether monsters, oh no, it's about a Grail. In fact, The Grail. A distraught woman puts them on a case to bring her son back to her. He has joined a cult and the "leader," is using The Grail in a heinous way. He's not telling his followers the price to pay if they sip from The Grail and get their deepest desire granted. Evil, evil, evil. The DDA have their work cut out for them in this case along with the ether monsters. The book has so much action right from page one and goes 120 miles per hour. It has humor of course, I mean, it is a Theophilus Monroe book after all. Plus with Ned and Sir Percival, how could it not have humor. Am I right? I highly recommend this plus ALL Theophilus Monroe's books. They are so enjoyable you truly get lost in the pages until your at the end and don't realize you've finished in one sitting. Exceptional

I like how each book focuses on one particular case or situation. Book three Is its own standalone in this Druid Detective Agency/DDA series. The readers glean more into Merlin’s adult life while he is still a child. The fact there is humor and various book and movie references aid in the satire to bring levity against the seriousness of the morbid situation. I really enjoy reading the different character perspectives as the reader gains more understanding of both the story.

New evils demand attention as more cases come to the Druid Detective Agency. A mother's fear for her son points to a mysterious cult. The charismatic leader claims to offer the power of the Holy Grail to his supplicants but the price is high. Could someone evil find the Grails hiding place? Sloan’s research reveals troubling links to powerful enemies and the fiercest challenge they have ever faced. The fast-paced, paranormal action kept me glued to the pages. I read it in one day.
