If you think it is a philosophy book then you are using the wrong method to read it. You will not find exercises but there is plenty to test in your mind.

The kybalion is probably by William Walker Atkinson. It's a brilliant summation of over 30 years of study and impeccably written in the style of the yogi ramacharaka books he was writing at the same time: mystic Christianity and Gnani yoga.

I have a book on the kybalion so I just wanted too say it is a read I highly recommend it's soothing too the vibrations and too be frank it settled my mind in some areas
