Although I have not read this work in full. But for me, Clem became not like herself, if you remember the game Clem, then she would never have left AJ. She became like a mother to me and she felt it. And it was possible to come up with a more logical beginning and the right Clem, it seems to me. Or continue AJ's story altogether. It would be much more logical and perhaps easier to start his story. In the game, Clem's story ended on a more or less happy note, she found a home and a safe place for AJ, a lot of friends. If we go back to the beginning, then I would explain Clem's departure due to psychological trauma. She went through hell as a child, she visited various camps, communities and each of them was destroyed and people dear to her died. It could affect her psyche. And not the desire to remain in the coalition. I'm not a screenwriter or anything like that. But it sounds much more logical than just "I'm not happy." And again, AJ is everything in her life for her.

This comic takes the well crafted and developed clementine we know from the games and turns her into an Irrational and emotional individual who acts not from her life experience but moreso on how she "feels"... furthermore, she also acts like a borderline idiot in "clementine lives" which preceeds this comic that portrays how clementine disregarded EVERYTHING that she saw as crucial in the game such as the future and safety of AJ by DITCHING THE CHILD in order to branch over to this comic (clementine book 1), this makes no sense and is one of the worst attempts to transfer well crafted game lore to a comic. Furthermore, after ditching AJ, Clementine is then subjected to unnecessary hardships and meets forgettable characters in clementine book 1all because clementine FELT UNHAPPY at the school with AJ...Never let this comic writer/author cook ever again. One positive about the comic is the drawn rendition of Lee and clementine, which is pretty cool

I can't believe Skybound allowed this uneducated woman to write a comic around one of the best fictional characters in The Walking Dead. Clem was know to be a very strong leading character but tillies version she's a whiny girl. This is a fanfic the author made Cannon. It unravels the whole point of the final season and some of the promises and commitments Clem had said in the past. Tillies clearly didn't do any research on characters or the whole point of the game's in general #notmyclementine
