Dr. Tobias Raffel promovierte bei Prof. Dr. Werner Jann am Lehrstuhl für Politikwissenschaft, Verwaltung und Organisation der Universität Potsdam. Er ist Academic Affairs Manager bei Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in Berlin.
