I think it breaks a lot of myths even for someone on a intermediate level of body building.. what's mentioned in this book is available on the internet on many free resources but the details are not and this book is very detailed and the methods do work.. i also liked the fact that this book is written in a very inspiring way

Not too short not too long but covers almost all aspects of fat loss. Clears a lot of myths believed among people about each macronutrients and introducing a realizable fat loss program that can be customized for each body type and gender
