A really well written sad story of awful abuse . It makes me feel so lucky to have had such a wonderful mother and father who sadly died too young . It's such a shame that this abuse is on the increase, but on the same hand is now being recognised and tackled by the authorities and dealt with how it should be. Well done to this woman for standing up and telling her story, it certainly opened my eyes to how evil and cruel a father could be to his own daughter .

while reading this book all to often I saw my own childhood, the hurt the pain, the disgust, and finally the anger and hate, the despair, child abuse of any sort kills so much in a child and the adult they become,

A very brave story of one girl coming through abuse and her way of coming to terms with both her abuse and her abusers. I was engrossed.

About the author
Tracy Black is the psuedonym of a British woman in her forties who now lives southern Europe with her partner. A mother of two and a successful businesswoman, she recently graduated from university. She has wanted for years to tell her story of survival and will always fight for the victims of abuse.
