Annalies of Saxe-Weiden is a landless princess. Her father’s principality was overthrown by its people. Now Annalies must find a way to live among the elite of London’s society, but her strange family life, her foreign up-bringing and the secrets she keeps make her an oddity among the ton.

Anna is the last person Rhys would consider marrying.  Not only is she royalty and cousin to Queen Victoria, she is a most disagreeable woman who reads books and quotes Shakespeare better than he.  The physical attraction they feel is a nuisance that swiftly entangles them in a scandal that threatens both their lives….

I read the book in very short order, and found it hard to put down. Of course, many of Tracy’s stories affect me affect me that way.

The series of events in this book had me enthralled. I loved how these two characters interacted.

No matter what genre – Tracy pulls you into the story, you feel a rapport with the characters and remember to fasten your seat belt for the ride!

.I LOVED IT !!  Yes I am biased, but that is because I have never been disappointed.

I highly recommend it for the love story that unfolds. This is a must read for all lovers of historical books.

The characters grab you right at the start of the book (especially if you have read the previous books in the series) and they keep your attention right until the last page.

Good plot and storyline with twists and turns and sugar and spice to stir and hold the attention of the most censorious reader.

The main reason I ever began reading Cooper-Posey's work was her adventurous historical fiction - and she's back at it, in high style, with Perilous Princess.

I love your 3 brilliant ladies and their galley partner. I only life was that simple. No wonder the sufragets wanted change. I live in Australia and had women in my family who stood up to the rules and broke them.
