Ryan Bourdain is a former semi-pro skimboarder past his prime, now paying the bills as a lifeguard and skimboard instructor. He's always had his eye on the cute ice cream shop owner but feels like a has-been loser who’s not worthy enough for her to give him the time of day. 

When sandy secret admirer notes start appearing under the door of Two Scoops, Jenn enlists the help of her social media savvy friend Desi to use the sweet love letters to her advantage. Her posts go viral and business is booming again, which means Jenn needs to hire a new associate. She is surprised when out of work lifeguard, Ryan, steps in to help during an unexpected business rush. 

Despite old wounds that refuse to heal, low self-esteem, and life getting in the way, these two scoops find that sometimes love is where you least expect it.
