Seit 1985 werden die Entwicklungen der vertragsärztlichen Arzneiverordnungen im Arzneiverordnungs-Report analysiert. Im Jahre 2010 wurden 791 Millionen Verordnungen (davon 626 Mio. Fertigarzneimittelverordnungen) von 140 303 Vertragsärzten ausgestellt. In 40 Indikationsgruppen werden aktuelle Verordnungstrends dargestellt. Erstmals werden auch Arzneimittel für seltene Krankheiten analysiert.
