About this eBook

Vampire queen Betsy Taylor is back—and there’s going to be hell to pay…

After her recent trip to hell, Betsy isn’t exactly sorry she killed the devil, even though it’s put her sister Laura in a damnable position: forced to assume the role of Satan—she may not have the training, but she sure looks great in red—and in charge of billions of souls now that she’s moved up in the world. Or is that down?

But Betsy’s in an odd new situation as well—that of being a monarch suddenly in charge of all things earthbound, like her husband, Sinclair, who has gone from relieved to ecstatic to downright reckless now that he can tolerate sunlight.

As if that wasn’t enough, Betsy and Sinclair’s adopted little BabyJon is finally starting to walk. And if the increasingly unpredictable toddler is anything like his extended family, precisely where he’s headed is anyone’s guess.

This book was just awful, from beginning to end. I'm officially done w/ this series. Betsy was even more stupid than usual, Sinclair seems to have had a lobotomy & there was absolutely NO plotline, whatsoever. It was a book full of stupid banter w/ no real story. I read this despite the bad reviews, b/c I figured it couldn't be that bad, but I can't tell you how many times I rolled my eyes throughout the book. Makes me wonder if MJD has a ghostwriter & a crappy one at that. Bummed out. :-(

This is NOT Davidsons best work. Too much rambling, did I say rambling? Definately more rambling than usual. I read reviews before buying this book and I could not belive they were right. No flow, little dialoge, no character growth, etc. The ONLY thing I liked that was different was that the writer tried to give other characters thoughts and their own part in the story. Such as Sinclair. If you read these comments Mary, please go back to your original charming stories like the first 4. Less monolging!
