United We Stand is an entertaining book that fans of the genre should enjoy. The book continues the super hero adventure started in Super Human, but the book works independently as well. The story does include a harem, but it is relatively tame. I'd say teens and adults.

If you enjoyed book 1, or even if you didn't, you'll enjoy this book. It's
not necessary to reading this book, you'll enjoy the first book in this
series.
