About this eBook

Unleashed, the romantic, high-stakes sequel to New York Times bestselling author Sophie Jordan's Uninvited, is perfect for fans of such favorites as James Patterson's Confessions of a Murder Suspect.

Davy has spent the last few months trying to come to terms with the fact that she tested positive for the kill gene HTS (also known as Homicidal Tendency Syndrome). She swore she would not let it change her, and that her DNA did not define her . . . but then she killed a man.

Now on the run, Davy must decide whether she'll be ruled by the kill gene, or if she'll follow her heart and fight for her right to live free. But with her own potential for violence laying right beneath the surface, Davy doesn't even know if she can trust herself.

I've been a Sophie Jordan fan for a while. I don't know how I didn't know about Uninvited before now. I read it in a day because it was literally impossible for me to put down. I feel bad saying this, but I felt like this sequel undid some of the first ones greatness. Uninvited was SO many things. Relevant, scathing, unique, remarkable. I felt like this was just a glorified love story set in a grim landscape, with a love interest that I don't feel needed changing. Sorry to say Sophie, for me it's a wah-wah.

Yay! I kept checking back constantly after reading the first book. I hadn't seen this one release yet... I randomly checked yesterday and bought it ASAP. Just finished tonight (reading in between Mommy-ing a toddler). Ah! So good. The beginning was hard to get into because I had to rekindle my connection with the characters (it had been too long since I read uninvited). Buuuut as soon as I did I was glued. I'm a sucker for happy endings. Dear author, when will these two books be a movie?!?!

Couldn't put the book down, very exciting to know this woman was able to survive.
