Felicity has returned home to help her injured father with an restoration project. She is only home for a few weeks. Needing extra help to finish the project her dad hires her arch nemesis, Danny. They grew up next each other but were rivals. Deep down though Danny has always had feeling for Felicity, Felix to him. This time he was not going to let Felix get away. After the first kiss can he change her mind and move back home? This was a fun book. Loved the banter between them. Many laugh out moments. This is the third book in the series but can be read as a stand alone, I did enjoy catching up with Felicity's sisters though.

We are back in Holly, Idaho with the last of the three Evans sisters still unattached. When her father has an accident and a deadline on a building project, Felicity, an investment banker in Seattle, returns home to help. Danny Montgomery has been a throne on Felicity’s side since his family moved next door when he was 4 years old. Their rivalry was memorable, but when Felicity realizes she needs help in completing her father’s project, she reluctantly accepts his help. As an attraction develops, covered by the rivalry, so do the doubts. Felicity has been burned in love, and Danny is starting a new business. Can these two find their HEA or will the past experiences, and beliefs keep them from that happiness? This was a sweet touching story about family, taking chances, new beginnings and finding love. Having read the previous stories in this series, I enjoyed the other sisters making an appearance. My one hope is that the author gives us a novella where the sisters finally tie the knot. I was entrusted a copy of this book by Tule Publishing. The opinions expressed are solely my own.

This is a wonderful small-town romance set in Holly, Idaho. Felicity Evans is the oldest sister of three who has come home to help her dad finish a job after he was injured again. She runs into her "friend" since she was 4 Danny and Danny offers to help her complete the build at the school. Danny and Felicity growing up had that "pull your pigtail" kind of relationship only it was Felicity doing the soaping Danny's prized mustang's windows. I enjoyed seeing past characters from the two previous books come by for a visit in this book. It always helps to make a book feel like family when you recognize them as such. My only negative was I did not get to see two of the sisters tie the knot so to speak. But that's okay maybe the author will give us a novella about their weddings?
