Valkyrie Uprising

Too late.

No one could have warned me what the end of the universe would look like. Valkyries have come back from the dead. Their undead army blots out the sky with wings and fire. Leading the charge are the echoes of Ragnarök that have split at the seams, introducing a terrifying wave of glittering black matter that devours anything it touches.

The first law of the Valkyrie told me not to love. The second law warned me to listen to the gods and their wisdom. The third is simply a result of breaking the first two, and now it’s too late. 

The gods think all is lost, but they have underestimated the power of love. The only question left is where does my heart belong… and do I have the strength to find out?
