About the author

Vanessa Ratten is Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at La Trobe Business School, Australia. She has previously been on the faculty of Duquesne University, USA. Deakin University, Queensland University of Technology, and the University of Queensland, Australia. She is on the editorial boards of journals including Journal of Business Research, European Management Journal, and International Journal of Entrepreneurship and Small Business. She has published extensively on the subjects of sport entrepreneurship, sport innovation and technology innovation.
