V3 - Spoilers Ahoy; Overall a great progression - The school in particular has started to really come to life, it has a sense of geography - The station, to the mall, to the rather lovable Tyne's office. Moreover this is a volume where the status quo is 'comfy' - Leon's friend rallying to help him is just swell😊 Downside - While the shorter 2nd half is good stuff, it feels misplaced - The story ends, Anri rescues Leon & Tyne introuces detetion - But then there's effectively 8 more epilogue chapters😅 I feel that there was 2 options - 1 would be to expand both the 1st & 2nd halfs into their own volumes - This alternate v3 could really solidify their school days, before this hypotectical V4 set up the next arc. Alternatively you could frame it more as a book of 2 halfs - Much of the 1st half is from Anri's Pov, so maybe the back could be more closely Leon centric Either way I really enjoyed this volume alot, but would definetly like it fleshed out more - Excited for volume 4😊.
