John Jackson
This book is a perfect introduction to fibromyalgia for those who have been diagnosed, think they may have fibromyalgia, or for the loved ones of either of the former. It gives multiple examples of both medical and natural treatment options. For the patient who is tired of taking pills, it gives viable natural remedies that have helped other fibromyalgia patients AND in the case of natural/herbal supplements, it suggests speaking to a medical professional before taking any of the suggested supplements. Again, it provides options but does not pretend to be something it’s not (like a medical manual). This is a very informative book that will provide reassurance and hope to those suffering from or those supporting a loved one who suffers from fibromyalgia.
