I literally finished the book in one day, the book is that exciting and keeps you hooked to every page. The storyline is interesting, the plot is intriguing and full of action. Anyone who loves video games, sci-fi, YA genre books will instantly love this book. There are some good twists and turns. Perfect for a sequel!

Absolutely loved the entire premise.It's like no other video game based story I've ever read before. Exciting and unexpected plot twists, incredible action and amazing writing by Marie Lu. Would recommend it to anyone who loves video games and action packed adventures.😊

This book had great, intense moments and I loved Emika and Hideo's relationship. I don't about anyone else, but who else got excited when they saw the name 'Sasuke'? Anyway, I loved this book and the sequel looks intriguing.

About the author
Marie Lu is the number one New York Times bestselling author of the Legend series, the Young Elites trilogy, the Stars and Smoke duology, the Warcross series, Batman: Nightwalker, The Kingdom of Back, and the Skyhunter duology. She graduated from the University of Southern California and jumped into the video game industry, where she worked as an artist. Now a full-time writer, she spends her spare hours reading, drawing and playing games. She lives in Los Angeles with her illustrator/author husband, Primo Gallanosa, and their son.
