He is also an award-winning journalist working at a major Florida daily newspaper. John’s mother was born in Aguas Buenas, Puerto Rico, and he has visited the island on a few occasions. John’s work has also taken him to many countries including: Haiti, Dominican Republic, Indonesia, Italy, England, Mexico, and Zambia. John graduated from Fordham University with a degree in Communications and a minor in Political Science. He is married with five children.
