Informacje o e-booku

We all have one thing in common, we are all seeking happiness.

Many habits of ours block us from reaching a state of happiness.

I have listed them in this book and would ask the reader to eliminate anything else that I have forgotten to mention or that might apply only to you.

I wish you all happiness in everything you do. It takes your willingness to practice too.

Unhappiness is a state of feeling sad, dissatisfied, or discontent. It is a negative emotional state that can be caused by a variety of factors, such as personal problems, stress, disappointment, or a lack of fulfillment. Unhappiness can also be a symptom of a mental health disorder, such as depression. People who are unhappy may feel a sense of hopelessness, helplessness, and lack of motivation. They may also experience physical symptoms such as fatigue, changes in appetite, and difficulty sleeping. Unhappiness can have a negative impact on a person's overall well-being and can affect relationships, work, and daily activities.
