Ivy has taken the world that she created throughout her series and has given it some fantastic room to swing with this one. The plot was well thought out and executed. Her descriptions and narrative brought this world to life in a larger than life, extremely vivid and Technicolor manner for me. Although the novel was unique and enjoyable, it was a case of it being a story that was hard for me to get into. Once I did, it was quite good. The further into the novel I got, the more and more enjoyable and engaging I found it. Ivy has created some strong, larger than life characters that definitely do her story justice. I enjoyed getting to know them and felt that they carried the story forward well. Some of my favourite parts of the book included the interactions between the main characters. This novel was well written with an intriguing plot. It was imaginatively unique and kept me coming back to find out what happened next, but didn’t hold my attention consistently throughout. I fully enjoyed reading this one and would definitely try other works by the same author. Please note that I received a complimentary copy of this work in exchange for an honest review.

**I received an ARC of this e-book from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.** ----------------------------- Cyn, the vampire clan chief of Ireland, is an unabashed hedonist whose beauty is surpassed only by his insatiable appetite for pleasure. Most women may be all but powerless against Cyn, but Fallon, a sharp-witted fairy princess, is less than beguiled by the silver-tongued vampire. ----------------------------- Another terrific installment in the Guardians of Eternity series! Beauty and the Beast meets vampires & fae... Cyn is only trying to help a friend be with his mate, unfortunately the Oracles have other plans. Siljar "kidnaps" Cyn & Fallon by transporting them without their knowledge, an swears them to secrecy regarding the task she sets upon their shoulders - a task which forces them to work together no matter their personal feelings for each other. I love the depth of character Ivy produces, and the strong (normally sarcastic) female protagonists that populate her stories. If you've read any of this series this book will not disappoint. And, if you haven't read any of this series - what are you waiting for?!

The Guardians are facing a final battle to save their world but for Cyn and Fallon seduction may prove the most powerful force of all, as their attraction ignites even as the worlds are colliding around them in this breathtaking paranormal romance. I can’t believe that this is the final Guardians of Eternity book, it has certainly been one of my favorites since I fell in love with Styxx and of course all the others as well including Levet, but at the same time I think the Guardians deserve time to enjoy their happily ever afters without a villain trying to end it all. That being said, I think that Alexandra Ivy brought this series to a wonderful conclusion with a spectacular final battle. I also want to congratulate Levet on his new business venture, sounds like he can have quite a bit of fun with that. See my full review at: Paranormal Haven .com
