The book is great, there is no there way to put it, anyone who likes the lore of WoW are inexorably led to read it. It contains all the major characters, keeps all the lines that were mentioned in game the same and explains first of all WHY illidan was 'Evil' for an expansion and in general is very well written and those dam 9 steps (Loved it). Only warning: Although not as graphic as other books alot of detailed gore is mentioned, basically not for the easily- screamish.

Great written book that both fans of WOW and fantasy stories can enjoy. For WOW players it will give great insight into TBC story and characters. Won't spoil it but it's a must read for anyone interested in lore

A fantastic book giving a perspective of Outland and Illidan that can't be
appreciated by playing the game or reading a snapshot of character history.
I found myself easily engrossed and am trying to am now looking to find the
next book to follow up this masterpiece.
