Believer's Bible Commentary: Second Edition, Edition 2

I was very fortunate to attend the same Christian church as Bill did. I knew him personally very well. I can close my eyes and hear him teach the Word because I have heard him so many times for real. As his commentary is simple to read so was Bill's life. He served in the U.S. Navy out of Alameda, California for a while. My father and him were close in age and knew each other early in life. He never married. Never owned a house but rented an apartment. He meet so many people there that the doorbell to the electronic lock to his place was polished bright from so much use. He would give up his bed for other people to stay overnight as an honored guest at his place, insisting so, and he would sleep on the floor. Such a humble God fearing man that truely walked like Christ walked while he also was here with us for a season. Most all the royalty money from the sales of his books he never kept but donated to help spread the Gospel Message world wide. Bill was a remarkable author.

This is my go to first, commentary. It really is remarkable how insightful this is. It reads like a commentary. Yet it remains streamlined, and focused on the point. Very simple and uncluttered. Again, I go here first. This is a must have. I have the ebook and also purchased in the tecarta bible app. If I were fleeing for the hills. After my bible. This would be in the top 5. Probably just after a survival book.

Excellent. Easy and simple enough to understand for people who speak English as second language.
