Wolf's Surrender: Part of the Immortal Ops World (Paranormal Security and Intelligence Ops Shadow Agents / PSI-Ops Book 1)

How much did I like this book? Let me count the ways. I've been worried about Brad since he first showed up many books ago. The girls are cute, sassy, strong and have the guys wrapped! Alpha, yeah! The plot is wonderful. Two funny, uncanny guys that no one would ever think of as operatives show up, and I got to visit with a bunch of the Ops guys at the very end. Oh, yeah, and it is filled with sexual tension and steam as well. The only thing I did not find is a reason not to love it. Brad has been taken by one of the nasty guys testing the supernaturals and has been captured for a very long time. He fought their desire to match him with females. There is a battle, interesting characters and some real villains. He has been stretched to his max to resist his need until the final woman is put in his path. Alice, college girl succubus--yeah for real--is also captured and she is placed near Brad. There is more to this woman and he is stretched past resisting when she shows. Can he keep the enhanced beast within away from her? Does she feel the draw or just fear? How can they deal when they are prisoners? As always, Ms Roth adds some humor, here's a quote you should watch for to see just who said it about who. “It's a great dick, (name withheld). You should be very proud of it.” A great read, fun, hot and unforgettable addition to the Ops World.

The Psi /Immortal Ops world is a great set of books. Each book expands upon characters that have been previously introduced, while giving us further insight in to the whole immortal world. This new spin off Shadow Agents series appears to be in the same vein as the others. I'm not entirely sure why it is a new series. We met Brad in a previous book and now got to fully understand what his upbringing was like trying to hide in plain sight. Parts of this book were a little confusing. Trying to keep track of who was holding who hostage, especially after one group kidnaps the hostages from another group was a bit much. But the appearance of Gus and Wild Bill was much needed comic relief. After this section of the book the continuity of time seemed to be a little off. This is evident by the information they give Brad and Alice about Mae. I still enjoy this Immortal Ops World and will continue to read it.

WOW! Once I picked this up I found I couldn't put it back down. So make sure you have some free uninterrupted time, cause believe me your gonna want, nope scratch that, Your going to NEED to keep reading this to find out what happens next. Mandy M Roth has gone above and beyond with this book. I truly recommend you read this. This is Brad Durant's story, and if you follow this series you will remember we have met Brad twice before. Briefly in Wilson and Kimberly's story and again recently at the end of Corbin and Mae's story. This is another great edition to read, a spin off from the PSI-OPS. This book has everything and more packed in it. It's got bad guys, violence, alpha male lead who wants his woman, a kick ass female who takes no rubbish from anyone, steamy sexual encounters, funny as hell moments, especially when Bill and Gus grace us with an appearance, and of course a HEA. This is a MUST READ!!
