Life changing, but badly titled in my opinion. I would have read this book 20 + years ago if it had had a different title. And I'm very upset that I didn't read it back then. It's an incredible book, along the lines of Codependent No More, but for all women, not just those with addicts in their lives. The title reads like a book for women who think they're saints, better than others, or somehow holy. But the reality is almost opposite to this. Don't be put off by the title. If you have a history of bad relationships and difficulties with any man in your life, don't delay a second longer...get this book now! I would recommend this to any woman or young woman getting ready to have relationships with men. It will save years of agony.

This book has been such an eye opener, I struggled at the beginning because I could see so much of myself however I have learned so much and I can already see subtle changes. Thumbs up from me.
