Freaking Random

Not sure how I feel about this book, either it is pure annoyance or just downright anger. The husband was rude, and pretty much couldn't care less about the heroine's feelings and wellbeings. He even treated her roughly by dragging and pushing her, hurting her with no care. He even brought another woman home to live with them, and an ex lover at that. He was forever putting her down and never trusting her eventhough he kept using her body while thinkinh bout his ex. He had zero redeeming point but the stupid thing is the heroine kept on being patient and hellbent on fixing the toxic relationship. I would have understood this devotion if she was in love with him but no, he was simply a guy she was forced to marry and she already had a sweetheart before that. What was so great about the abuse that she wanna stay in such relationship with the guy? I guess being treated like a trash felt great to her. And she probably enjoyed having no pride as well.
