Deborah Moggach OBE, is a British novelist and an award-winning screenwriter. She has written over twenty novels, including TULIP FEVER and THE BEST EXOTIC MARIGOLD HOTEL, as well as more recently, THE CARER and THE BLACK DRESS. She lives in London.
