About this ebook

Being the chosen one sucks butt!

Ypsilon never asked to be the key to saving the universe. But with the Synod closing in on them and time running out for everyone, she must make a choice: get her revenge, or become the hero everyone wants her to be.

But the Synod isn't the only battle the team faces.

When the gang finds out that the Synod teamed up with not only the Senate, but several other baddies, they resort to teaming up with the lesser of two evils. Will they stand a chance at defeating the gods, or will the universe pay the price?

I really have been enjoying the Hall of Doors series and this was a great entry in this series. It had everything that I enjoyed about it and the characters worked well overall in the story. It felt like the same world and I'm glad I got to read this. It's been a good series and world built. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

About the author

Zach is a USA Today bestselling author of fantasy and science fiction. He is a bow tie wearing, formal vest rocking, pocket watch using, sarcastic monster of a writer and spends his days trying not to kill himself with lethal levels of caffeine. Currently residing in Orlando, Florida, he can be found working, writing and procrastinating.

Zach is the author of the Gabrielle series, a young adult fantasy with a paranormal-historical-time traveling twist (try saying that five times fast), and the Hall of Doors Series, a cross worlds adventure with snarky yet loveable characters.
