I love a quick book that makes me laugh and believe in love. Standalone with no Cliffhangers. Rory has had a rough life, he was cursed at 18 and has suffered great loss. Fated Mates are Not real. Blaze is very tempting thou. Blaze should hate Rory for what he did to her, but she finds herself fighting for him. Great story. The author has given us a quick read that pulls us into the lives of Rory and Blaze. He is a bear shifter that has been cursed and shifts into a gingerbread man cookie anytime he sneezes. She is a human that is familiar with shifters. When he is arrested and she is kidnapped, things get crazy for them. I love Zoey's stories and this is no exception. My only complaints are that we don't know if Rory and Blaze are able to get the curse fully removed and if/when they are able to get back to their normal lives. Will they get married? Have kids? Travel and see the world? Was hoping for a bit more relationship content in the epilogue, and not just more sex.
