Penny is running from someone who wants her dead and she really can’t afford distractions and she sure doesn’t know who she can trust. Together these two characters embark on a bonding journey that is full of electrifying chemistry, steamy romance and heated passion including some lava inducing sexy scenes although the relationship has quite a few obstacles that add intrigue and emotional depth to the story ensuring that readers want to know everything that happens to this couple. The fast paced plot keeps readers on the edge of their seat with lots of exhilarating action, thrilling suspense, sexy warriors and a heroine that is tough but surprisingly vulnerable at the same time. The story keeps readers on the edge of their seats as the couple try to keep Penny hidden while they work on their relationship but the bad guy has brought reinforcements and will stop at nothing to acquire Penny. Krystal Shannan has done it again...held me captive from the beginning of her story until the very end, there was no way I could put the book down once I started reading it and the small town atmosphere of Mystery, Alaska adds a little something extra to the book. Honestly, I beginning to wonder if the residents have a few secrets of their own…I can’t wait to find out.

Kann is an lion shifter from another world (Reylea) it was gone now he is rebuilting his life and looking for his mate. he will know when he sees her. Her soul will glow for him. Penny is on the run and can't trust anyone. She saw something she shouldn't have and has to hide off the grid ending up in the little town of mystery, alaska same town Kann and his small small tribe ended up too. This is a great story I love the characters, the action, the drama and spice. It's really a fun read. I couldn't put it down and didn't want it to end. Krystal Shannon transport you into a story that you just want to buy a ticket for alaska to find your own Reyean lol I can't wait for the next book to come out. Voluntarily reviewed a copy and I honestly loved it.

This is the second book in this really fantastic series. We get Kann' story and wow it's funny, sexy, and massive suspense. Kann is not human, he hasn't even been on earth a month, but he wants what his friend Col found. He is about to give up in ever finding it when in she walks. Right into the little hardware/grocery store. Penny is on the run, she saw something she should not have. Now she is in Mystery Alaska with hopes of never being found. Til she is... Great book in this series so I hope you grab it and hey while your at it pickup book one.
