I have just started using this book, and I really have enjoyed it so far. It has been a solid beginning, but, not being patient man, on first glance, I thought, "I'll never gain muscle and look good following this technique shown here", but, when I started up the walking as instructed in this book and was winded after a pretty short walk, I realized that I have to follow the instructions as directed, and in time, realize that things will slowly improve.
