A Choice Considered by Tracie Peterson is easy to read. I enjoyed getting to know Melody and her father as well as Charlie. The characters, though, needed more depth. The characters are a little too perfect with the bad guy being the sneering, twirling the ends of his mustache type of villain (the type you see in cartoons). A Choice Considered is a nice story, but I thought it was very predictable. I could foresee how the story would play out early on.

A Choice Considered was such a lovely, endearing story. It’s a friends to more romance with delightful characters, a touch of humor, a dash of suspense, & a sweet father/daughter relationship. I enjoyed the way Tracie Peterson brought 1800’s Cheyenne, Wyoming to life. I loved the Charlie’s & Melody’s romance. I loved the way Charlie wanted to win his way into her heart by being friends first. I enjoyed how faith was subtly woven into the story. Highly recommend! Easily read as a standalone.
