I would so easily give this book more if the so called 'English author' didn't keep lying about England, fyi we do say couches. . that's all I've ever called them and I thought that was more English than American and we do have ice coffee. In future miss author please stick to FA CTS before you alienate your entire English audience through shear annoyance! ! !
