Dieses kompakte Lehrbuch führt in die Grundlagen der sozialpsychologischen Organisationsforschung und ihre praktische Anwendung ein. About the author
Prof. Dr. Martin Elbe, Studium der Wirtschafts- und Organisationswissenschaften (Dipl.-Kfm. Univ.) sowie der Soziologie und Psychologie (Dipl.-Soz. Univ.). Er forscht am Zentrum für Militärgeschichte und Sozialwissenschaften der Bundeswehr in Potsdam und lehrt an der Hochschule für Medien, Kommunikation und Wirtschaft Berlin, am DISC/TU Kaiserslautern und an der Donau-Universität Krems.
