I was looking forward to reading this book and learning about food and culture. Then, I read the introduction and saw that the author had, regrettably, injected her manifestly biased, unhinged, subjective and decidedly unbalanced political views into the equation, viciously and hatefully bashing Israel. Guess what -- when an author injects her bigoted and hate-filled Islamic supremacist propaganda into what is ostensibly a "cookbook," I'll head elsewhere.
