I have always loved penelope douglas work.Her style.of writing is really wonderful.please go ahead and read this series,you will not want to put down these books even though the stories are simple they r intense and page turners.what more they ate all standalone

This is a great ending to a great series. I have loved every minute of the journey of Jared and Tate's love story. I've felt Tate and Jared's frustrations in the beginning, the awe of new love, the heartache of break up, and finally their finding themselves, their strengths and weaknesses, and understanding each other's needs. Aflame is the culmination of that journey, not just emotionally, but also the transition from teenagers to adulthood, and the changing way of how one views the world.

So thankful for this one after reading the other characters stories and picking up hints for trouble brewing for these two who have come so far a fitting end :) *****
