It lays claim to looking at what elites are doing and how age groupers can use that info - its not really the case here - it looks at some fascinating research and insights but there's no real 'take away' advice of how to actually apply any of it. Further to that, if you're not an expert in NFL foorball/baseball/golf some of the text here means nothing to me - I've no idea about these sports - there are entire paragraphs that are a mystery to me..! It's given me a lot of further research to do..!
