Excellent. Quick and easy to read. Not overly dramatic but useful and informative. highly recommended if you are grappling with big emotions.

How the hell can Google say this is not available in my country when I'm staring at the hard copy and it's on the UK Sunday Times list. It seems everything I see and want to buy is NOT AVAILABLE IN MY COUNTRY

Author fluctuates between prose form as if he's experimenting. Some of the
insights are good but otherwise mostly mundane reflections of cases
About the author
Stephen Grosz is a practicing psychoanalyst - he has worked with patients for more than twenty-five years. Born in America, he was educated at the University of California, Berkeley, and at Oxford University, and now lives in London. The Examined Life has been translated into more than twenty languages and was longlisted for the Guardian First Book Award.
