This has advise and tips backed by different branches of science and they really work. Motivation is a limited resource that we have to find so this book actually points where you can mine these resources which is within yourself.

I really enjoyed the way such big ideas are presented in such a short book. Some stunning insights into the roots of human behaviour.

Momentum wasn't maintained till the end. The quality starts to decrease eventually.
