About the author
F. Peter Boer has written six books, is an authority on R&D finance, and the author of nearly one hundred articles in the scientific and business literatures. His work has been translated into five foreign languages. He holds a PhD. from Harvard University, is a former professor at Yale University, and a member of the National Academy of Engineering. Through board directorships he remains an active leader in global business. Ellen Boer is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College and an attorney specializing in educational law. She is a Top Contributor to TripAdvisor with a broad following of serious travelers.
