Plotting weak throughout. From a Squire being the topic of conversation for King Henry and his sons to the storyline meandering around Hal and his brothers changing sides almost from one chapter to the next. As for a squire and his page defeating a knight of the realm it's just too much good fortune for this reader to take onboard. As is Richard handing over a cash reward to Rufus which was enough to allow Rufus to buy a much needed horse. Like the author realised Rufus needed a horse and then worked back in the storyline to provide him with the where with all to buy one. Full disclosure, didn't finish the book.
