Excellent book!!!! I recommend it to anyone interested in learning stoics philosophy and how to use it in everyday life. The book is entertaining, easy to read, and definitely is thought-provoking.

Based at Université catholique de Louvain in Belgium, Kai Whiting is a researcher and lecturer in environmental sustainability and Stoic philosophy.
